If you are registering more than one team from the same club for the same tournament please label the teams; e.g. Lions A, Lions B.

If you are registering more than one team from the same club but for a different tournament and age category please label them with the age category: e.g Lions U14, Lions U12, Lions U10. 

Previous Team Registration

If you previously registered this specific team for any past 2025 tournaments or any current 2026 tournaments using this form you would have received a Team ID in your submit team members email or in a recent tournament registration open email. Click on the link in this email and the team details from your previous registration be entered below. Or you can copy and paste the code into the field.

The Team ID allows us to link your existing team record to your registrations.

If you are registering a new team select No.

If you are updating your team's details such as team name, cause and logo, Select Yes, enter the Team ID and enter the new details. If you do not know the Team ID, contact us with your team name and contact details and we will provide the Team ID.

If you previously submitted the Expression of Interest form before main registration was open you will have received a tournament open email with a link. Click on this link and the Team details you previously entered will automatically be filled in. Or you can copy and paste the code into the field.

The Expression of Interest ID allows us to link your registrations together.

If you didn't fill out the expression of interest form and don't have an ID select No.

Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif. Maximum file size limit is 5MB.

Payment by Card: Our payment processor is Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe's checkout page when you submit your registration.
